Villa Amaya is ideal for a family holiday or for groups wanting a villa to have a memorable time in a superbly comfortable villa, and the villa suits just about any holiday get together in Bali’s most popular area of Seminyak and Legian.
Located on the Norther boarder of Legian and Southern boarder of Seminyak, Villa Amaya sits just off the popular street of Jalan 66 (or Jalan Arjuna), conveniently located between the beach and the main street of Jalan Seminyak. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping areas as well as only a 400m walk to the famous Seminyak and Double Six Beach of Legian, this villa is really where you want to be for your holiday.
Renovated in 2019 and continually serviced, Villa Amaya has been developed by a family unit that has resided in this Seminyak and Legian area for over 40 years. With knowledge and experience of living in a tropical climate the villa has been created to be versatile, comfortable & enjoyable, so that guests to Villa Amaya will be able to fully enjoy their holiday.
The villa has been designed with a great sense of style and understanding of how to make a group holiday villa enjoyable. Villa Amaya has been constructed with the thoughts of how to best cater for guests and we emphasis the small details to ensure that our guests fully enjoy thier time in Bali. FOR FAMILIES
Villa Amaya has been designed specifically for the family holiday with young children emphasising comfort and safety. With a removable pool fence included in our offerings, we ensure that young children are secure from water threats, so just let us know if you want the pool fence and we can have it ready for your family holiday in the Seminyak/Legian area of Bali.
The indoor living room is perfect place to beat the heat completed with Airconditioned living room, it’s a great place to have the group or family located as its in the middle of the villa. Which has a door that seperates the indoor and outdoor living areas. We can also help with sourcing nannies, as well as help orgainising activities for the family to keep everyone busy.
We can also include baby cots, and high chairs and strollers, chefs, games, and anything else your family group might need for the perfect Villa holiday in Legian/Seminyak.
THE PERFECT GROUP VILLA
With 5 bedrooms having specially designed bed frames to ensure that they can be set up as single or double beds in a Hollywood twin configuration, we can set up to have 12 beds available in the 7 bedrooms, as well as being able to add more mattresses if your group or family needs it.
For smaller groups that are still wanting to rent our private villa, we have flexible pricing to ensure that groups using 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms can also enjoy Villa Amaya as well, and if you are lucky to be coming last minute we can help with booking rooms at Villa Amaya and you might get the whole villa for yourself. We price based on a maximum of 2 people per bedroom in our rates section. So that your holiday villa in Seminyak or Legian is very easy for any group size.

If you have an idea for your Bali holiday, Villa Amaya will make sure that it becomes a reality. With the intentions of having all the creature comforts of a home for you, on your holiday.
We have priced our villas affordably and as such we don't include breakfast, but if you want our staff to cook for you, then all you have to do is pay for the ingredients, and they will shop, cook and clean up after you. If you want lunch or dinner organised then we can have our chef come in for $50 a meal, and you pay for the groceries.
Villa Amaya is fully staffed & trained by a professional team with extensive local knowledge so you can rest assured knowing you will be spending your days off from exploring the sights & hustle and bustle in a relaxing & peaceful environment. Villa Amaya consists of 7 large bedrooms all with ensuites and a large indoor living area but by far the most prominent feature of the villa is the open-air living area that looks out onto the swimming pool & garden. A 12-seating dining table & bar area that is idyllic for afternoon cocktails, morning juices, Yoga deck & as a central hang out space. Please feel free to explore these areas.

Staying at Villa Amaya is the easy, your group are going to have a lot of fun, but you should look at getting out and about, and that more then just strolling down to Seminyaks Eat Street, for food and drinks, or a walk to Kudeta Beach, or explore the Legian shopts, its getting out and about to enjoy your Bali holiday.
Get your day off to the best possible start and arrange your group so that everyone is getting what they want from their Bali holiday. If its in house Yoga, having the staff cook up a massive breakfast for your group, or looking at specifics for each person, we can help organize your Bali holiday plans for getting out and about, so you can see more of this amazing island. Once this is all done, we can have bartenders ready to spin you up cocktails, or we can deliver wine to the villa for you, or a chef come in and cook for you. IN VILLA MASSAGES
We want you to feel relaxed and at ease on your holiday by having the option to order an in-house massage. Massages can be catered to multiple guests at one time. Please give the staff time to arrange these by notifying them half a day to a day in advance. If you prefer a male or female therapist please mention this. Massages start at $15 USD/ per person per hour.
IN VILLA YOGA
Enjoy morning or sunset flow yoga for only $15 /hour /person. Mats and blocks included (minimum of 5 people is required). Please let us know 1-day in advance

POOL FENCES & FLOATS
If you are travelling with young children we can arrange a pool fence for the duration of your stay. If you haven’t informed us prior please talk to one of the villa staff so we can arrange this. If you would like to add additional pool floats or toys to the villa for the duration of your staff, please advise our staff
